The wait is over. The National Urban League marks the release of its highly anticipated State of Black America® report. This year's report goes beyond the data to address the moment – from the dual pandemics of racism and COVID-19, which have unmasked long-standing disparities that are destroying black wealth and black lives, to the explosion of activism, protest, and reckoning spurred by the murder of George Floyd.
We will unpack the report in real-time through our virtual series, State of Black America® – Unmasked. Join National Urban League President Marc H. Morial and a stellar line up of elected officials, activists, leaders in health, education, and economics for a day of essential discussion dedicated to Black lives and Black power here Thursday, August 13th, 2020 from 2PM – 5PM EDT.
